复方麝香愈肛膏治疗Ⅰ期、Ⅱ期肛裂的临床疗效观察

目的 观察复方麝香愈肛膏用于Ⅰ期、Ⅱ期肛裂的临床疗效.方法 随机选择2015年4月至2016年6月在河北医科大学附属廊坊市中医医院门诊收治的Ⅰ期、Ⅱ期肛裂患者200例,其中治疗组100例,对照组100例,2组均给予西医基础治疗及便后温水坐浴2次/日,每次坐浴后分别给予麝香愈肛膏和九华膏换药.对治疗后第1、3、5、7天患者的肛门疼痛程度评分,以及治疗后第1、3、5天便血程度评分,创面愈合时间进行统计学分析.结果 两组患者在治疗后第1天疼痛及便血评分无明显差异(P＞0.05),无统计学意义.在治疗后第3、5、7天肛门疼痛评分、治疗后第3、5天便血评分,以及疼痛消失时间、便血消失时间及创面愈合时间方面均有显著差异,有统计学意义(P＜0.05),治疗组疗效明显优于对照组.两组患者在治疗过程中均未出现明显不良反应.结论 复方麝香愈肛膏治疗Ⅰ期、Ⅱ期肛裂疗效显著,不仅能够消除患者肛门疼痛、便血等症状,而且可促进肛裂创面愈合,疗效确切,使用安全,是临床上治疗Ⅰ期、Ⅱ期肛裂的有效方法.

Clinical Observation of Compound Shexiang Yugan Paste on Anal Fissure in Stage Ⅰ and H

Objective To observe the clinical effect of compound Shexiang Yugan paste on stage Ⅰ and Ⅱ anal fissure.Methods The 200 cases of patients with stage Ⅰ and Ⅱ anal fissure that from April 2015 to June 2016 in Langfang TCM Hospital Affiliated to Hebei Medical University were randomly selected,then 100 cases in the treatment group and 100 eases in the control group.The two groups were given basic treatment of Western medicine and warm water bath for 2 times every day,which were were given Shexiang Yugan paste and Jiuhua paste dressing.The degree of anal pain in patients after 1,3,5,7 days of treatment,and hematochezia after 1,3,5 days were evaluated,and the wound healing time were statistically analyzed.Results The scores of pain and hematochezia in the two groups after first day of treatment were not significant (P＞0.05),with no statistical significance.The anal pain score after treatment of 3,5,7 days,hematochezia score after treatment of 3,5 days,the pain disappeared time,hematochezia disappear time and wound healing time were significantly different,with statistically significant (P＜0.05),the curative effect of treatment group is obviously superior to the control group.The two groups during the course of treatment didn't show adverse reaction.Conclusion Compound Shexiang Yugan paste shows obvious effect in the treatment of stage Ⅰ and Ⅱ anal fissure.It not only could eliminate patients with anal pain,bleeding and other symptoms,but also can promote the wound healing of anal fissure,and the curative effect is exact and safe.It is the effective method of treatment of stage Ⅰ and Ⅱ anal fissure in clinic.
