| 摘 要： | 采用异病同证、同病异证、相关证对照的方法，选择血红蛋白（Ｈｂ）、血清铁蛋白（ＳＦ）、血浆去甲肾上腺素（ＮＥ）、肾上腺素（Ｅ）含量，以及红细胞膜ＡＴＰ酶活性、红细胞耗氧率作为研究肝血虚证的辅助实验诊断指标。结果发现：肝血虚证上述Ｈｂ、血浆ＮＥ、Ｅ含量及红细胞膜ＡＴＰ酶活性４项指标均显著低于健康人组及肝气虚证、肝阴虚证组；缺铁性贫血病人的肝血虚证同异证（心血虚证、气血两虚证）之间的Ｈｂ、血浆ＮＥ、Ｅ含

| Abstract: | Hb,SF,NE,E,erythrocyte membrance ATP enzyme activity and erythrocyte oxygen consumption were detected.The results showed that Hb,NE,E and erythrocyte membrance ATP enzyme activity were obviously lower than those of syndrome of the liver-qi deficiency,syndrone of the liver-yin deficiency and normal persons;in patients with iron-deficiency anemia,E and erythrocyte oxygen consumption were not different and NE and SF were diffenent to those of syndrome of the heart-blood defficieny and syndrome of both qi and blood deficiency. |
