溶栓治疗11例肺栓塞患者临床疗效分析

目的探讨肺血栓栓塞症(PTE)的危险因素、临床特征和溶栓效果,并进行预后因素分析。方法对我院2010～2011年确诊的11例肺栓塞患者的危险因素、临床特征、疗效等进行回顾性分析。结果危险因素多的患者肺栓塞发病率升高,Wells和改良Geneva评分中危以上患者肺栓塞发病率高。结论肺栓塞发病与危险因素密切相关,rt PA100 mg溶栓在急性大面积肺栓塞的患者中疗效确切,且发生出血的副作用较小,慢性肺动脉高压的患者溶栓效果欠佳。

Objective to investigate the risk factors,clinical presents and the thrombolytic effect of Pulmonary embolism.and to give an analysis of prognosis of PTE.Methods 11 patients were assessed by risk fators,clinical character and curative effect respectively.Results patients with much risk factors have high mobidity of PTE.Patients with mediate risk factors of both Wells score and revised Geneva score have high mobidity of PTE.Conclusion the presentation of PTE has close relationship with risk factors.The effectiveness of using 100 mg rtPA on acute large area of PTE patients was exact and occurring of bleeding was small.It was not good enough to give thrombolysis to the patients with chronic pulmonary artery hypertension.
