超声心动图诊断老年冠心病患者肺动脉高压的临床价值

目的 探讨超声心动图对老年冠心病患者肺动脉高压诊断的效果及安全性.方法 超声心动图检测80例冠心病患者,并按照肺动脉收缩压（PASP）分为无肺动脉高压组（A组）、轻度肺动脉高压组（B组）、中度肺动脉高压组（C组）和重度肺动脉高压组（D组）.结果 B、C、D组患者RVAW明显高于A组,RVAW/LVPW比值均明显高于A组,B、C两组RVAW/LVPW值明显低于D组,差异有统计学意义（P〈0.05）.结论 RVAW/LVPW对检测和判定患者肺动脉压力存在与否以及是否存在高危险性具有积极作用,但最好结合其它判定肺动脉高压的标准,以提高临床诊断的准确性.

Echocardiography clinical value in the diagnosis of pulmonary hypertension in patients with coronary heart disease

Objective To investigate echocardiography efficacy and safety of elderly patients with coronary heart disease with pulmonary hypertension diagnosis. Methods Ultrasound echocardiography detected 80 cases of patients with coronary heart disease without pulmonary hypertension group （A） and in accordance with the pulmonary artery systolic pressure （PASP） divided into mild pulmonary hypertension group （B）, moderate pulmonary hypertension group （C）and severe pulmonary hypertension group （D）. Results B, C, D patients RVAW significantly higher than group A, RVAW / LVPW ratio were significantly higher than in group A, B, C groups RVAW / LVPW value is significantly lower than that in group D （P〈0.05）. Conclusion RVAW / LVPW and the accuracy of detection and determination of pulmonary artery pressure in patients with existence as well as whether there is a high risk to have a positive effect.
