| 摘 要： | 目的 探讨三叶虫荼的有效部位对大鼠溃疡性结肠炎的作用机制.方法 用8%醋酸灌肠,建立大鼠溃疡性结肠炎动物模型,24 h后给药,连续14 d,观察大鼠毛色、粪便、体质量变化情况.造模第14天,观察大鼠结肠病理组织学损伤情况,计算结肠黏膜损伤指数(CMDI).结果 模型组大鼠溃疡形成,阳性对照组、白杨素苷组(240 mg/kg)和水溶性成分组(1.52 g/kg)大鼠的CMDI等指标均明显改善,与模型组比较差异有统计学意义(P<0.01).结论 三叶虫芬含白扬素苷成分部位和水溶性成分部位能明显减少炎细胞浸润,对大鼠溃疡性结肠炎有明显的防治作用. |
