电针对心肌梗死后抑郁大鼠模型海马神经元作用机制的研究

摘    要:目的观察电针对心肌梗死后抑郁大鼠模型海马神经元的影响,并探讨可能的作用机制。方法建立心梗后抑郁症大鼠模型.采用电针干预的方法.观察大鼠的体质量和行为学变化。用TUNEL法和免疫组化检测海马神经元细胞凋亡。Western—blotting检测P—CREB。结果心梗后抑郁大鼠体质量、敞箱实验得分、糖水消耗和纯水消耗显著减少。大鼠海马CA3区出现神经元细胞凋亡,P-CREB水平降低。电针干预3周后,与模型组比较,大鼠体质量增加。行为学指标改善,神经元细胞凋亡教减少,Bcl-2表达增加,Bax表达减少,二者比值增高,并P—CREB水平增加。差异均具有统计学意义(P〈0.05)。结论心梗后抑都与海马神经元细胞凋亡和P—CREB水平降低有关.电针刺激可能涉及某些信号通路激活磷酸化CREB,抑制凋亡基因,促进抗凋亡基因的产生。
