| 摘 要： | 豚鼠表皮癣菌病模型,局部应用1%联苯苄唑霜或乙醇溶液治疗,每天用药一次,每次0.3g或0.3ml,连续治疗2周,获得满意效果,0.5%及0.1%的制剂则无明显疗效.联苯苄唑在皮肤的滞留时间较长,72h内能保护豚鼠免受真菌感染

| Abstract: | In this experiment,topical application of 1% Bifonazole cream or ethanol solution on guinea-pig trichopkytosis model, 0.3g or 0.3ml once a day for two weeks, showed the satisfying effoet.But topical application of 0.5%,0.1% Bifonazole cream or ethanol solution was less effective.The remaining time of Bifonazole on the skin was about 72 hours.During interval, it would protect the guinea-pigs from mycotic infection |
