| 摘 要： | 目的:探讨胃肠道间质瘤(Gastrointestinal stromal tumors,GISTS)的CT表现和肿瘤的恶性风险是否存在相关性.方法:回顾性分析我院经手术或活检病理和免疫组织化学证实的35例GISTS的CT资料.所有CT资料由两位有经验的放射科医师单独阅片,并最终达成一致意见.CT评价包括肿瘤的解剖部位,大小,轮廓,边界,生长方式,液化坏死,强化方式,强化程度,钙化,腹腔内的淋巴结,腹水,肠梗阻,以及邻近器官的侵犯和远处转移.结果:采用单变量分析,肿瘤的大小,轮廓,生长方式,液化坏死,强化方式及强化程度具有统计学意义(p<0.05);采用多变量逐步Logistic回归分析,只有肿瘤的大小具有恶性风险预测的统计学意义(P=0.033<0.05).结论:GISTS的CT表现具有一定的特异性,只有肿瘤的大小具有预测恶性风险价值.
