| 摘 要： | 目的:探讨体外汉黄芩素对肺癌细胞株A549增殖、侵袭及凋亡的影响。方法:应用MTT(噻唑蓝)法检测汉黄芩素对于A549细胞增殖活性;用形态学方法观察汉黄芩素对A549细胞的促凋亡作用;应用Transwell法观察细胞侵袭能力。结果:汉黄芩素对A549细胞增殖和侵袭活性具有明显抑制作用,对肺癌细胞有明显促凋亡作用,镜下可见染色体聚集及细胞核碎裂。结论:汉黄芩素对肺癌A549细胞的增殖迁移均有明显抑制作用并可促进肿瘤细胞凋亡。
