摘    要:目的:研究孕妇HCMV感染对胚胎染色体着线粒点(Cd)变异的影响,探讨HCMV感染引起出生缺陷的原因和机制。方法:用我入良的Cd-NOR同步银染技术对15例HCMV感染和25例非感染孕妇的胚胎或绒毛组织CD消失、CD变进行比较分析。结果:前者CD消失、CD变异频率较后者有显著和极显著的增高。结论:染色体CD的变化可能是HCMV感染引起胚胎发育的重要原因之一。对HCMV感染孕妇的胚胎或绒毛杂色体CD

Abstract:Objective:We studied the relationship between the infection of HCMV and the variation of kinetochore , researched the mechanism of causing abnormal growth embryo. Methods:Kinetochore (centromeric dots,Cd) of chorionic villus or embryo tissue of 15 HCMV-DNA(PCR) positive and 25 HCMV-DNA(PCR) negative pregnant women were studied by Cd-banding techniques. Results:The frequency of Cd loss and Cd size variation in positive group were significantly higher than those in negative group. Conclusion:The study indicated that Cd variation caused by HCMV infection play an important role in form of birth defect. Cd banding analysis in chorionic villus or embryo tissue of HCMV-DNA(PCR) positive pregnant women could evaluate the risk of abnormal growth embryo.
