摘    要:目的:探讨用n-HA/PA66人工椎体治疗颈椎病的临床疗效.方法:2005年2月至2008年3月,我科对53例颈椎病患者,行颈前路椎体次全切除n-HA/PA66人工椎体植入钛板内固定术.术后观察患者脊髓功能恢复情况,颈椎曲度、椎间隙高度变化情况,植骨融合情况,并发症、切口愈合情况.通过与同期在我科行钛网植骨融合的颈椎病患者对照,评估其临床效果.结果:全部患者均获门诊或电话随访.两组所有患者术后较术前脊髓功能、颈椎曲度、椎间隙高度改善明显,植骨融合率100%.n-HA/PA66人工椎体组术中术后未见并发症,钛网组有5例术后出现钛网下沉.两组比较,n-HA/PA66人工椎体组在脊髓功能、颈椎曲度、椎间隙高度、植骨融合率及局部反应等方面与钛网组无明显差异;在术后并发症方面优于钛网组.结论:n-HA/PA66人工椎体能有效恢复颈椎曲度及椎间隙高度;植骨融合率高.应用于颈前路治疗颈椎病的手术中可获得满意的临床疗效.

Application of nano-hydroapatic crystals and polymide compsite for artificial vertebrae in anterior cervical fusion of cervical spondylosis
Abstract:Objective: To evaluate the effect of artificial vertebral body of the biomimetic n-HA/PA66 composites in the anterior cervical fusion for cervical spondylosis. Methods: From December of 2003 to May of 2008,53 patients with cervical spondylosis were treated by anterior semivertebra decompression, intervertebral fusion with artificial vertebral body of the biomimetic n-HA/PA66(HG) composites, fixation with titanium plate. The patients were followed-up. Nerve functional restoration,D numerical value, intervertebral space, fusion rate of the bone graft,local response,and complication postoperative were all observed. Compared with the patients treated by bone graft and interbody fusion with titanium ( TG ), the efficacy of the present tool was evaluated. Results: All patients were followed up by clinic service or telephone. The effects were conspicuous in recovering the spinal cord, D numerical value,and intervertebral space. Fusion rate of the bone graft,local response was 100%.No complications was found. The HG was the same with the TG in improvement of the spinal cord function, D numerical value,intervertebral space, fusion rate of the bone graft,and local response.The HG presented better results than the TG in occurrence of complication. Conclusion: Artificial vertebral body of the biomimetic n-HA/PA66 composites can recover cervical vertebra curvature and intervertebral heights, with high rate of bone graft fusion and firm fixation.
