摘    要:目的了解外来工子弟学校学生生长发育及营养状况。方法选取2011年中山市某区2所外来工子弟学校学生身高、体重的健康体检档案资料,分析1~6年级共1925名学生生长发育及营养状况,并与当地学生比较。结果外来工子弟学校男生身高上等率、营养不良发生率、肥胖发生率高于女生(P0.05或P0.01);外来工子弟学校学生身高上等率(11.06%)低于当地学生(14.07%)(P0.01)。结论外来工子弟学校男生身高发育水平高于女生,男生营养状况低于女生;外来工子弟学校学生身高发育水平低于当地学生。应进一步加强营养知识宣传,普及营养健康教育。

Analysis on growth development and nutritional Status of pupils from migrant children school

Abstract:Objective To understand the growth development and nutritional status of pupils from migrant children school.Methods Health examination records which concerned the weight and height of pupils from two migrant children schools in a district of Zhongshan City were randomly selected. The growth development and nutritional status of the total 1925 migrant school pupils from Grade One to Grade Six were analyzed and compared with the local pupils.Results The incidence rate of boys'stature upper rate,malnutrition and obesity were higher than those of the girls(P0.05 or P0.01). Stature upper rate of pupils from migrant workers'families (11.06%)was lower than that of the local pupils (14.07%)(P0.01).Conclusion The stature developmental level of boys from the migrant children school is higher than that of the girls, while the nutritional status of boys were lower than that of the girls. The stature developmental level of pupils from the migrant children schools was lower than that of the local pupils.We should further strengthen the publicity of nutritional knowledge and popularized nutrition health education.
