| 摘 要： | 目的观察丹参川芎嗪注射液治疗冠心病不稳定型心绞痛的临床效果及安全性。方法将113例不稳定型心绞痛患者随机分为治疗组和对照组，两组均给予常规治疗方法，冶疗组在此基础上，加用注射用丹参川芎嗪注射液静滴。结果治疗组和对照组的临床总有效率分别为85．7％和63．2％，两者比较差异有统计学意义（P〈0．01）。两组心电图总有效率分别为76．8％和54．4％，两者比较差异有统计学意义（P〈0．05）。未见明显药物副反应。结论丹参川芎嗪注射液治疗冠心病不稳定型心绞痛疗效好，副反应少。
