| 摘 要： | 目的观察高压氧联合心理干预治疗脑外伤后综合征的临床疗效。方法随机选择脑外伤后综合征患者164例,分为常规内科治疗组（对照组）、内科＋高压氧治疗组（高压氧组）和内科＋高压氧＋心理干预治疗组（综合治疗组）。各治疗方案均以10d为1个疗程,观察记录3个疗程后患者临床症状的改善情况。结果高压氧组和综合治疗组疗效优于对照组（P﹤0.05）;与高压氧组比较,综合治疗组的疗效更显著（P﹤0.05）。结论高压氧联合心理干预治疗脑外伤后综合征,可明显改善患者症状。
