通心络胶囊对脑梗死患者局部脑血流影响研究

目的探讨通心络胶囊对脑梗死局部脑血流变化与临床神经功能缺损改善的关系.方法脑梗死患者31例随机分为两组,治疗组16例,对照组15例.两组分别给以相同常规治疗的同时,治疗组加用通心络胶囊口服,两组治疗时间均为20d,互为对照;分别于治疗前和治疗后应用SPEST ROI技术测定其病变及健侧镜像ROI区内的平均放射性计数,以了解局部脑血流变化,治疗前后每一患者均做神经功能缺损评分.结果31例患者治疗前皆有不同程度局部脑血流减低,服用通心络后原脑血流减低区和对侧大脑半球镜像区皆有不同程度改善,差异显著(P＜0.01);神经功能缺损评分改善,与对照组比较差异显著(P＜0.001).而对照组治疗前后血流改善不明显,神经功能缺损评分改善亦不明显.结论通心络胶囊对脑梗死脑血流改善有作用,同时有促进神经功能恢复的作用.

Research on the Effects of Tongxinluo Capsules on Local Cerebral Blood Flow in Patients with Cerebral Infarction

Objective To explore the effects of Tongxinluo capsules on local cerebral blood flow and clinical nerve function defect in patients with cerebral infarction. Methods 31 cases of cerebral infarction were randomly divided into the treatment group of 16 caese treated with Tongxinluo capsules in addition to the routine therapy and the control group of 15 cases treated with the routine therapy. The treatments lasted 20 days in both groups. To explore the changes of local cerebral blood flow, the pathologic changes and the average radioactivity counts in the ROI area of the healthy side mirror image were measured through SPEST ROI technology before and after treatments, all the patients had their nerve function defect evaluated before receiving treatments. Results Decrease in local cerebral blood flow was found in all cases. Improvement of different degrees were got in the area of cerebral blood tlow decrease and the opposite hemisphere mirro image after Tongxinluo was given to these patients. There existed significant differences before and after treatment (P<0.01). Evaluations showed that the clinical nerve function defects were also improved (P<0.001) after treatment. In the control group, no obvious improvements were got in decrease of blood cerebral flow and clinical nerve function defect before and after routine treatment. Conclusion Tongxinluo capsules can effectively improve the cerebral blood flow and promote the recovery of nerve function in patients with cerebral infarction.
