| 摘 要： | 通过对历代著名方书的阅读分析和归纳总结,探索分析了胃脘痛辨证分型的演变过程。从宋以前方书对胃脘痛证型的研究、宋代方书对胃脘痛证型的规范、金元时期方书对胃脘痛证型的继承以及明清时期方书对胃脘痛证型的完善与发展等视角阐述了各个历史时期著名医学家对胃脘痛辨证分型的特点和规律。

| Abstract: | The developing course of the syndrome differentiation and the classification in epigastralgia was explored and analyzed after studying and summing up of the knowledge from the famous books in past dynasties.The characteristic and rule of syndrome differentiation and classification in epigastralgia by the famous medical doctors in different dynasties were illustrated by investigating the relevant books before and in Song dynasty,the inhiriting in Jin-yuan period and the improvement in Ming-Qing dynasty. |
