摘    要:目的观察中暑对大鼠肝肾功能的影响。方法选择清洁级Wistar雄性大鼠20只,随机分为2组:正常对照组和中暑组,每组各10只,分别置于室温和高温环境(43℃)中70 min。大鼠腹主动脉采血,全自动生化学分析仪检测血清生化指标,包括血清肌酐(CR)、血清尿素氮(SUN)、谷草转氨酶(AST)和谷丙转氨酶(ALT)。结果中暑组大鼠血液生化指标CR、SUN、AST及ALT水平升高。结论中暑损伤大鼠肝肾功能。

Abstract:Objective This study was performed to observe the effect of heat stroke on hepatic and renal functions in rats. Methods Twenty male anesthetized wistar rats of clean degree were randomly divided into normothermic con- trol group( N,n = 10) and heat stroke group( HS ,n = 10). The HS group rats were exposed to 43℃ for 70 min while normothermic control group rats were kept at room temperature. Blood samples were drawn from abdominal aorta of rats in two groups. Automatic biochemistry analyzer were used to determine the level of creatinine(CR) ,serum urea nitro- gen( SUN), aspartate aminotransferase ( AST), alanine aminotransferase (ALT), which reflected the functions of liver and renal. Results Compared with the normothermic control rats, all heat stroke rats displayed hepatic and renal dysfunction (e. g. increased plasma levels of serum urea nitrogen, ereatinine, aspartate aminotransferase, and alanine aminotransferase). Conclusion Heat stroke can cause hepatic and renal function injury in rats.
