| 摘 要： | 目的 研究不同浓度五味子乙素( Sch B )诱导U87 胶质瘤细胞的凋亡作用. 方法 用0、50、100、200 mg/L 4个浓度梯度的五味子乙素作用U87胶质瘤细胞24、48、72 h,MTT法检测五味子乙素对细胞增殖的抑制作用,判定凋亡效果. 结果 随着五味子乙素作用浓度的升高和时间的增加,诱导脑胶质瘤细胞凋亡作用更明显. 当五味子乙素作用浓度达100、200 mg/L,作用时间大于24 h时,可检测到明显的凋亡细胞. 结论 高浓度的五味子乙素能够诱导U87胶质瘤细胞的凋亡,并有一定的时间和剂量依赖性.

Effects of different concentrations Schisandrin B on apoptosis of U87 glioma cells |

| Abstract: | Objective To explore the apoptosis-inducing effects of different concentrations Schisandrin B( Sch B) on U87 glioma cells. Methods U87 glioma cells were treated with 0,50,100,200 mg/L Sch B by 24,48,72 h. MTT assay was used to evaluate the inhibitory effect of Sch B on the glioma cells. Results With the increasing concentra-tion and treating time of the drug,the effect of inducing apoptosis on the glioma cells was more obviouse. When the cells were treated with 100 mg/L,200 mg/L Sch B and time above 24 h,apoptosis cells were detected. Conclusion High concentration of Sch B can induce the apoptosis on U87 glioma cell in time and dose-dependent manner. |
