| 摘 要： | 了解流行性出血热过程中病毒感染与机体损伤及自身保护间的关系。方法：应用免疫组织化学及核酸分子原位杂交技术检测了２０例ＥＨＦ患者尸检心肌组织中ＨＳＰ７０表达及相应的ｍＲＮＡ水平的改变。结果：２０例心肌组织中，１４例ＨＳＰ７０表达阳性并且相庆的ｈｓｐ７０ｍＲＮＡ水平也增高，７０％为阳性，且在同一病人心肌不同区域ＨＳＰ７０表达情况也有所不同，在病变明显的右心尤其是心内膜下心肌组织ＨＳＰ７０的表达明显高于

| Abstract: | Aim:To determine the relationship of viral infec-tion with organic impairment and self-protection. Methods:By immunohistochemistry and in situ hybridization technique, we investigated the expression of 70-kD heat shockprotein and the level of encoded hsp70 mRNA in the myocardiocyte of 20 autopsy tissues of epidemic hemorrhagicfever. Results: In 20 cases, 14 cases were positive for HSP70(70%) and the corresponding hsp 70 mRNA level also increased. The different HSP70 expression was found in dif-ferent areas of myocardial tissue,which was higher expression at severe damaged right atrium especially endocardiumthan at left ventricle. Conclusion: It was suggested thatHSP70 may be a marker of myocardial injury in epidemichemorrhagic fever. |
