摘    要:目的 探讨对经蝶入路显微手术治疗垂体腺瘤患的健康教育效果。方法 选择经蝶显微手术治疗的垂体腺瘤患93例,随机收容两个病区(n=51)为实验组,接受系统的手术前后教育;一个病区(n=42)为对照组,接受传统护理,结果 两组患的手术前后心理适应状况,术后自我护理能力,术后并发症及术后住院日比较均有显差异(P〈0.05),结论健康教育能满足患对疾病的认知,提高手术前后心理适应能力和自我护理能力

Abstract:AIM To evaluate the effect of health education on patients with pituitary adenomas who were operated by transsphenoid approach. METHODS Ninty three patients with pituitary adenomas removed by transsphenoid approach were randomly divided into two groups. The experimental group ( n =51) were given systemic health education pre and postoperatively. The control group ( n =42) were given traditional nursing. RESULTS There was a significant difference in psychological adaptation to situation, ability of postoperative self nursing, postoperative complications and the average postoperative hospitalization time between the two groups ( P <0.05). CONCLUSION Health education can satisfy the patients' needs for the recognition of their disease, improve their psychological adaptation ability and self nursing ability, improve their postoperative recovery, reduce complications and shorten the average hospitalization time.
