五灵丹丸治疗慢性肝炎的临床观察

慢性乙型肝炎国内外尚无满意的治疗方法。1977年我们从单味中药治疗肝炎的有效方剂中,筛选出五味子、灵芝、丹参、柴胡四味药,研制成五灵丹丸,在用它治疗各型肝炎取得疗效的基础上,于1985年在军内外五所医院对355例慢性肝炎病人进行系统临床验证,结果总有效率为92.4％,明显优于五味子丸、联苯双酯、常用保肝药三个对照组。

Clinical Observation of Wulingdan Pill Treatment for Chronic Hepatitis B

There is no ideal treatment for chronic hepatitis B at home and abroad. In 1977, we chose four Chinese medicines, which were effective in treatment of chronic hepatitis B, to form Wulingdan pill. They are Schisandra chinensis, Ganoderma lucidum, Salvia miltiorrhiza and Bupleurum chinense. In 1985, a controlled clinical trial was made in 355 patients with chronic hepatitis B from six military or public hospitals. it was shown that the total effective rate was 92.4% in Wulingdan pill group, much higher than that in Schisandra chinensis pill, biphenyldicarboxylate and common liver-protecting drug groups.
