| 摘 要： | 用本院消化病研究室研制的胃癌单克隆抗体MG_7进行胃癌放射免疫显象12例。经病理检查证实的10例胃癌中,7例显象结果与手术或胃镜所见符合,1例胃癌合并肝转移灶患者,同时见到胃内病灶及肝转移灶出现放射性浓集区。12例患者静脉注射~(121)碘标记胃癌McAb-MG_7均未见到不良反应。

| Abstract: | Radioimmunoimaging (R11) with 131I-monoclonal antibody MG7 in 12 patients with stomach diseases is descrobed. Of 10 patients with gastric carcinoma, 7 were positive imaging proved surgically and pathologically, and the other 3 patients had false-negative results. One patient with liver metastasis was also defined by Rll not only for the primary tumour, but also for the secondary lesion of the liver. |
