肝内胆管结石Access数据库的建立及其应用

目的:利用数据库保存和管理肝内胆管结石患者的相关临床资料,并探讨其应用价值. 方法:复习596例肝内胆管结石患者的全部病案资料,结合肝内胆管结石临床病理类型,选用Access2000程序建立"肝内胆管结石专科病案Access数据库". 结果:数据库的建立简单、实用,运行情况良好,利用该数据库可在短期内完成肝内胆管结石患者流行病学分布特征的调查及相关因素的分析. 结论:肝内胆管结石Access数据库对肝内胆管结石病案资料具有强大的处理能力,便于各种数据的分析和临床诊治、教学和研究.

Construction and application of Access database of hepatolithiasis cases

AIM: To construct a database using Microsoft Access 2000 in which the clinical information of hepatolithiasis cases can be loaded and to investigate its application values. METHODS: A retrospective study was conducted in 596 cases of hepatolithiasis from 1990 to 2004 in Zhujiang Hospital. An Access 2000 database consisting of 596 pathologically confirmed hepatolithiasis cases was established, designated as the specialized Access database of hepatolithiasis. RESULTS: The database system was successfully constructed and operated smoothly. It was a simple and practical database for the epidemiological analysis of hepatolithiasis cases. CONCLUSION: The database possesses powerful capacity of information processing of hepatolithiasis. It facilitates not only the information management of case records but also the clinical treatment, diagnosis and teaching and research.
