| 摘 要： | 重型再生障碍性贫血（SAA）是由多种因素介导的骨髓造血功能重度衰竭综合征,具有进展快、死亡率高的特点。目前SAA的治疗方法主要为免疫抑制治疗（IST）、异基因造血干细胞移植（Allo-HSCT）和相应的支持治疗。近年来,随着上述治疗方法的不断完善,SAA的长期生存率得到较大的提高,但同时也面临着更大的挑战。

| Abstract: | Severe aplastic anemia is mostly considered as an immune-mediated bone marrow failure syndrome, characterized by rapid progress and high mortality. Until now, immunosuppressive therapy, allogeneic hematopoietic stem cell transplantation and the corresponding support are the main therapeutic methods. With the constant improvement of the therapeutic methods, the long-term survival of severe aplastic anemia has been tremendously boosted. At the same time, the treatment of severe aplastic anemia is facing more and more challenges. |
