| 摘 要： | 目的 探讨原发性膀胱移行细胞癌P－糖蛋白（P－gp170)表达与细胞凋亡的关系。方法 用免疫组化SP方法和凋亡细胞原位标记（TUNEL）检测了40例膀胱移行细胞癌P－gp170表达和细胞凋亡，并应用图像分析系统定量分析其凋亡指数（AI）。结果 40例膀胱移行细胞癌P－gp170表达率为48％，细胞学分级之间无显著性差异（P＞0．05）；AI随组织学分级增高而增高，各分级之间有显著性差异（P＜0．05）；AI在膀胱移行细胞癌P－gp170阳性表达组明显低于P－gp170阴性表达组，有显著性差异（P＜0．01）。结论 原发性膀胱移行细胞癌P－gp170高表达可能抑制细胞凋亡过程致AI降低。

| Abstract: | AIM To study the relationship between the expression of P glycoprotein (P gp170) and apoptosis in primary bladder transitional cell carcinoma. METHODS In 40 cases with primary bladder transitional cell carcinoma, we analyzed the expression of P gp170 by immunohistochemistry, and detected the apoptosis by in situ apoptotic cell labeling method of TUNEL, then calculated the Apoptosis Index (AI) by images analysis system. RESULTS Mean expression rate of P gp170 in 40 cases of bladder transitional cell carcinoma was 48%, and no significant statistic difference was found ( P >0.05). AI in higher grade tumors were significantly higher than in lower grade tumors ( P <0.05). AI in the P gp170 positive bladder transitional cell carcinoma group was significantly lower than that in the P gp170 negative group ( P <0.01). CONCLUSION P gp170 over expression in primary bladder transitional cell carcinoma may inhibit the process of cell apoptosis. |
