| 摘 要： | 123例EHF肺合并症的临床分析表明,可分为原发性肺炎、肾源性肺炎、ARDS、继发性肺感染、心衰肺水肿和肺出血六类,各类分別占总数的41.4％、28.5％、8.9％、9.8％、7.3％和4.1％。这种系统的分类对EHF病情观察和诊治水平提高是有益的。

| Abstract: | Clinic'al data of 123 epidemic hemorrhagic fever (EH F) cases of pulmonary complications were analysed. Pulmonary complications in patients with EHF were classified into 6 types, such as primary pneumonia, nephrogenic pneumonia, ARDS, secondary pulmonary infection, cardiogenic pneumonedema and pneumorrhagia, accounting for 41.4%, P.8.5%, 8.2%, 9.8%, 7.3% and 4.1% respectively. This systematic classification of the complications is helpful in monitoring the clinical course, improving the diagnosis and treatment of EHF. |
