| 摘 要： | 了解新兵的心理健康状况与训练伤的关系，方法应用症状自评量表对某团参加基础训练的新兵进行分组，观察两组训练伤发生率，共调查６３２人，收回有效问卷６２７份。结庥新兵是心理障碍和心理疾病的高发人群，心理因素是训练伤发生的重要因素。 |

| Abstract: | AIM To evaluate the relationship between the mental health state and training injury in recruits. METHODS 627 recruits, investigated against the symptom check list (SCL 90) before basic training, were separated into two groups according to their scores and the incidence rate of training injury was estimated. RESULTS The scores of somatization, anxiety, photic anxiety and psychoticism before the training were higher in recruits than in normal group of young population ( P <0.05). Taken 180 as the cut point, the incidence rate of training injury was 34.25% in the 73 (11.64%) recruits who had mild mental disorders, while that in those with no mental disorders was only 22.02%.There was significant difference in the incidence rate of training injury between the two groups ( P <0.05). CONCLUSION The recruits are more susceptible to mental disorders and mental health is related to the occurrence training injury. |
