巩膜外垫压联合半导体激光透巩膜光凝治疗孔源性视网膜脱离

摘    要:目的 :探讨在孔源性视网膜脱离 (rhegmatogenousretinaldetachment,RRD)巩膜扣带术中将冷凝改为半导体激光透巩膜视网膜光凝封闭裂孔的治疗效果 ,讨论其手术的并发症和适应证范围 .方法 :回顾性分析在我院行巩膜扣带术中接受半导体激光透巩膜视网膜光凝治疗的RRD患者 34例36眼的临床资料 .结果 :术后随访 3~ 6mo ,36只眼中 ,视网膜一次手术完全复位 32只眼 (88.9% ) ,视力 >0 .1者 31只眼(86 .1% ) ,无明显并发症 .结论 :将巩膜扣带术中冷凝改为半导体激光透巩膜视网膜光凝 ,可简化手术 ,操作准确 ,减少视网膜和脉络膜血管的损伤及术后并发症 ,是治疗RRD的有效方法之一 .

Scleral buckling combined with diode laser transscleral retinal photocoagulation in treating rhegmatogenous retinal detachment
Abstract:AIM: To evaluate the effects of scleral buckling combined with diode laser transscleral retinal photocoagulation in treating rhegmatogenous retinal detachment (RRD). METHODS: An analysis of clinical data in 34 RRD cases (36 eyes) was conducted retrospectively. By binocular indirect ophthalmoscopy, diode laser transscleral retinal photocoagulations were performed during the procedures of scleral buckling. RESULTS: All cases were followed 3 to 6 months. Retinal reattachments succeeded in 32 of 36 eyes (88.9%) after surgery and 31 eyes obtained visual acuities of 0.1 or better (86.1%). CONCLUSION: Scleral buckling combined with diode laser transscleral retinal photocoagulation, in place of intraoperative cryotherapy, can simplify the surgical manipulations, achieve retinopexy by precise performance, alleviate damages of retina and uvea and reduce postoperative complications. Proper selection of indications and avoidance of complications can increase the successful rate of RRD reattachment.
