| 摘 要： | 目的:探讨急性胆源性胰腺炎早期行内镜下治疗的临床效果. 方法: 治疗组72例患者,除行常规内科综合治疗外,根据病情早期行内镜下括约肌切开术(EST)和/或内镜下鼻胆管引流术(ENBD)等治疗. 对照组66例,仅行常规内科综合治疗. 结果: 治疗组腹痛缓解时间及平均住院天数均低于对照组(P＜0.05). 治疗组内科治愈率达95.8%(69/72),对照组为78.8%(52/66). 结论: 急性胆源性胰腺炎早期行内镜下治疗,以微小创伤达到满意的引流效果,对急性胆源性胰腺炎具有积极有效的治疗意义.

| Abstract: | AIM: To investigate the effect of early endoscopic treatment on patients with acute biliary pancreatitis (ABP). METHODS: Totally 138 ABP patients were divided randomly into 2 groups according to their different treatments. The experimental group (n=72) accepted early endoscopic treatment such as endoscopic sphincterotomy (EST) and/or endoscopic naso- biliary drainage (ENBD) besides general medical treatment,while the control group (n=66) accepted general medical treatment only. RESULTS: The average relieving time of abdominal pain and length of stay in experimental group were significantly shorter than those of control group (P<0.05). The cure rates of experimental group and control group were 95.8% (69/72) and 78.8% (52/66) respectively. CONCLUSION: Early endo- scopic treatment was an effective and positive therapeutic method for ABP patients because of satisfactory drainage through a minimal invasion. |
