睡眠剥夺后静息状态下前扣带回功能连接模式的改变

摘    要:目的:探讨睡眠剥夺对静息态脑功能连接模式的影响.方法:对14名健康男性大学生进行两次静息态功能磁共振成像扫描.第1次扫描在正常睡眠清醒后12h完成,第2次扫描于睡眠剥夺36h后完成.选取前扣带回为种子区域进行静息态脑功能连接分析.结果:睡眠剥夺后与前扣带回的功能连接增强的脑区有顶叶皮层、岛叶、颞叶等,下降的脑区有丘脑.结论:清醒状态的维持主要由丘脑等皮层下区域负责,机体的默认网络系统在睡眠剥夺后功能连接增强,反映了默认网络系统功能的一致变化,这与机体的注意、抑制功能的下降及清醒状态的下降相关.

Abstract:AIM:To explore the impact of total sleep deprivation(TSD)on functional connectivity of ACC in resting state.METHODS:Healthy young men(n=14)completed rest fMRI scan before and after the 36-TSD.fMRI scans were carried out in these subjects 3 weeks apart.RESULTS:TSD induced positive and negative functional connectivity compared with that after the normal sleep.The activated areas with positive FC include the PC,etc.and with negative FC in thalamus.CONCLUSION:The maintaining of awareness is supported by thalamu...
