中国男人全血比粘度参考值与海拔高度的曲线模型分析

摘    要:目的 为制定中国男人全血比粘度参考值的统一标准提供科学依据 .方法 收集了中国 5 84个单位用毛细管法测定的 3775 0例健康男人全血比粘度参考值 ,用曲线回归分析的方法研究了其与海拔高度之间的关系 .结果 发现随着海拔高度的逐渐增大 ,男人全血比粘度参考值按指数律也在逐渐的增大 ,相关性很显著 (R=0 .890 ) ;推导出了一个曲线回归模型 Y=4.35× 1.0 0 0 132 x± 1.0 7.结论 如果知道了中国某地的海拔高度 ,就可以用回归模型估算这个地区的男人全血比粘度参考值 .依据男人全血比粘度参考值与地理因素的依赖关系把中国分为青藏区 ,中部区 ,东部区 3个区 .

Abstract:AIM To provide a scientific basis for laying out an unified standard of the reference value of Chinese men's whole blood contrast viscosity. METHO DS Reference values of 37 750 Chinese healthy men's whole blood co ntrast viscosity tested in 584 areas were collected. A research was made about relationship between the reference value of Chinese men's whole blood contrast viscosit y and altitude by using curvilinear regression analysis. RESULTS Reference values of Chinese men's whole blood contrast viscosity gradually i ncreased b y index law as the altitude gradually increased. The correlation was quite sign ificant (R=0.890). A curvilinear regression model was given out: =4.35× 1.000132x±1.07. CONCLUSION If the altitude of a particul ar area is known, the reference value of Chinese me n's whole blood contrast viscosity in this area can be established by using the regression model. According to the dependent relationship of Chinese men's whole blood contrast viscosity to altitude, China can be divided into three districts : Qingzang, central and eastern districts.
