| 摘 要： | 积极心理学促进了心理资本理论的诞生。一个组织或个体能否在激烈竞争的情境下取得优势,心理资本起着不可估量的作用。针对军校管理,在继承原有的以人为本、以学员为中心的管理模式的基础上,我们试图寻求一条新的途径,即从开发学员的心理资本这一新的视角出发来审视军校学员的管理。

| Abstract: | Positive psychology promotes the birth of psychological capital theory. Psychological capital plays an invaluable role for organizations and individuals to obtain advantage in a highly competitive context. Trying to find a new way to solve the problems in the management of military university students, and also inheriting the original people- oriented and student-centered management method, we reviewed the management of military school students from a new perspective of their psychological capital. |
