| 摘 要： | 研究大鼠经次声作用后下丘脑中ＨＳＰ７０的表达。方法ＳＤ大鼠先经８Ｈｚ,１２０ｄＢ次声作用２ｈ,然后分为８组,每组３只。分别于次声作用后０．５,１,２,３,４,５,６和７ｈ后取下丘脑,通过Ｗｅｓｔｅｒｎｂｌｏｔｔｉｎｇ技术检测ＳＨＰ７０的表达。结论ＨＳＰ７０参与了次声应激后机体的反应机制。

| Abstract: | AIM To study expression of HSP70 in hypothalamus of rats exposed to infrasound. METHODS SD rats were exposed to infrasound of 8 Hz, 120 dB for 2 hours. Then they were divided into 8 groups and each group consisted of 3 rats. Hypothalami were obtained after 0.5, 1,2, 3, 4, 5, 6 and 7 hours respectively. There were two groups of control, one group of rats not exposed to infrasound but placed into the infrasonic pressure chamber for 2 hours and the other group of rats neither exposed to infrasound nor placed into the chamber. RESULTS After exposed to infrasound, HSP70 protein was induced immediately. As time went on, HSP70 intensity was strengthened up to 7 hours. In control rats, little expression of HSP70 was detected. CONCLUSION HSP70 induction is a neuronal response to infrasound and plays some important role in neuron to stress. |
