Access原发性肝癌数据库的建立及其应用价值初探

目的:利用Access 2000保存和管理原发性肝癌(hepatocellular carcinoma,HCC)患者的临床资料,并探讨其应用价值. 方法:复习我院1993-01/2003-12 HCC患者病案资料,结合<原发性肝癌的临床诊断与分期标准>,用Access 2000软件建立"HCC临床资料专科数据库". 结果:利用该软件仅在4 mo内完成了936例HCC患者临床资料数据库的建库工作并进行了流行病学分布特征的调查及相关因素分析,数据库运行良好,对HCC病案具有强大的处理能力. 结论:利用Access 2000建立HCC临床资料数据库简单、实用,不仅方便病案的信息化管理,而且有利于临床诊疗、教学和科研.

Construction and application value of Microsoft Access 2000 database of hepatocellular carcinoma

AIM: To construct a database using Microsoft Access 2000, in which clinical information of hepatocellular carcinoma(HCC) cases can be loaded and to investigate its application values. METHODS: A retrospective study was conducted in 936 cases of HCC at ZhuJiang Hospital from January 1993 to December 2003. The Diagnosing and Staging National Standards for hepatocellular carcinoma was followed. RESULTS: A Microsoft Access 2000 database consisting of 936 HCC cases was established in 4 months, designated as the Specialized Microsoft Access Database of HCC. The database system was successfully constructed and operated smoothly, which possessed powerful capacity of information processing of HCC case record. CONCLUSION: Microsoft Access 2000 is simple and practical in the construction of HCC database, which is beneficial not only to information management of case record but also to clinical, teaching and research work.
