花椒籽仁油对实验性高脂血症大鼠的防治作用

摘    要:目的:研究花椒籽仁油对实验性高脂血症大鼠脂质代谢的影响,探讨其对高脂血症的防治作用机制. 方法:30只健康SD大鼠随机分为3组:对照组、高脂模型组及花椒油组,对照组普通饲料喂养,其余两组均高脂饲料喂养,花椒油组同时给予花椒籽仁油灌胃,10 wk后断颈取血,进行血脂、流变学检测,取肝组织测定SOD, CAT活性、MDA含量及抑制羟自由基能力. 结果:与模型组相比,花椒油组的CHOL,TG,HBV,LBV降低(P<0.05,P<0.01),HDL-C增高(P<0.05),而肝组织匀浆的SOD,CAT活性及抑制羟自由基能力均增强(P<0.05,P<0.01),MDA含量降低(P<0.05). 结论:花椒籽仁油具有调节血脂、改善血流变、防止脂质过氧化的作用,其作用机制与其主要成分多不饱和脂肪酸的作用有关.

Abstract:AIM: To investigate the effect of the kernel of zanthoxylum seed oil (KZSO) on experimental hyperlipidemia in rats and to probe into the mechanism of preventive and therapeutical effect of KZSO. METHODS: Thirty healthy SD rats were randomly divided into 3 groups, including control group, hyperlipidemia model group and KZSO group. Control group was fed ordinary forage; model group was fed high-lipid forage; KZSO group was administrated intragastrically KZSO besides high-lipid forage. Blood samples were obtained by cutting necks after 10-week feeding. The levels of blood lipids and the hemorheological parameters were determined, and the activities of superoxide dismutase (SOD) and catalase (CAT), the content of malondialdehyde (MDA) and the restraining ability to hydroxyl free radical (RAHFR) in the liver tissues were measured. RESULTS: Compared with the model group, cholesterol, triglyceride, high blood viscosity,and low blood viscosity of the KZSO group were decreased (P<0.05, P<0.01), high-density lipoprotein cholesterol was increased (P<0.05). The activities of SOD and CAT and the RAHFR in the liver tissues of KZSO group were increased (P<0.05, P<0.01) and the content of MDA was decreased (P<0.05) as compared with the model group. CONCLUSION: KZSO can modulate the blood lipid, improve the indexes in hemorheology and prevent lipid hyperoxidation. The mechanism may be related to its componential effects.
