注射用盐酸氨溴索祛痰作用的疗效和安全性评价

目的 :评价注射用盐酸氨溴索祛痰作用的临床疗效及安全性 .方法 :以沐舒坦注射液为对照药 ,采用随机单盲、平行对照的试验方法 ,试验组与对照组各 1 8例 .试验组给予注射用盐酸氨溴索 ,每次 30mg ,对照组给予沐舒坦注射液 ,每次 30mg ,均为缓慢iv ,每日 2次 ,疗程 5 7d .结果 :两组总有效率分别为 89%和 94 % ,试验组与对照组的药物不良反应发生率分别为 1 1 %和 6 % .两组总有效率和不良反应发生率均无统计学差异 (P >0 .0 5 ) .结论 :注射用盐酸氨溴索是一种安全、有效的祛痰药物

Evaluation of efficacy and safety of injective ambroxol hydrochloride

AIM: To evaluate the efficacy and safety of injective ambroxol hydrochloride. METHODS: Clinical experiment was carried out by means of single blind, randomized, paralleled and controlled way. Thirty six patients were divided into experiment group and control group ( n =18) randomly. The patients in the experiment group received intravenous injection of mucosolvan, while the patients in the control group received ambroxol hydrochloride, with a dosage of 30 mg bid for 5-7 days each. The clinical efficacy rates and the adverse drug reaction rates were compared. RESULTS: The comprehensive clinical efficacy rates of the two groups were 89% and 94%, respectively. The adverse drug reaction rates of the experiment group and control group were 11% and 6%, respectively. There were no statistical difference in clinical efficacy and adverse drug reaction between two groups. CONCLUSION: Injective ambroxol hydrochloride is an effective and safe expectorant.
