大豆异黄酮对去势雄性大鼠腰椎和胫骨骺端骨小梁变化的影响

摘    要:目的:研究大豆异黄酮对骨质疏松的治疗效应.方法:24只雄鼠随机分假手术组(A组)、双侧睾丸去除术的去势组(B组),实施双侧睾丸去除术并用大豆异黄酮治疗组(C组).术后8wkHE染色观察腰椎和胫骨骨小梁的组织学改变及大豆异黄酮作用.结果:A组相比,B组SD大鼠腰椎和胫骨骨小梁宽度变窄,骨小梁间距变宽,骨小梁占视野面积比降低,而且发生多处断裂,C组与B组比较发现其有所改善,并有新的软骨生成.结论:大豆异黄酮对双侧去势雄性SD大鼠的骨质疏松有一定的治疗作用.
