| 摘 要： | 目的：探讨凋亡抑制基因survivin在增生性玻璃体视网膜病变(PVR)增生膜中的表达．方法：玻璃体手术中取出的10例PVR患的增生膜，应用免疫组织化学方法(SABC法)检测增生膜中survivin基因的表达．结果：10例增生膜中，6例表达阳性．阳性染色位于膜上大部分细胞的胞质内及细胞外基质中。结论：Survivin基因的异常表达引起细胞的凋亡抑制，在PVR的发生中起一定作用。

Expression of survivin gene in periretinal membranes of proliferative vitreoretinopathy |

| Abstract: | AIM: To study the expression of survivin, an inhibitor gene of apoptosis, in periretinal membrane of proliferative vitreoretinopathy (PVR). METHODS: 10 periretinal membranes obtained from 10 cases of PVR with retinal detachment undergoing vitretomy were used to examine the expression of survivin gene by SABC method. RESULTS: Survivin gene was expressed in 6 of the 10 cases. The reactions of survivin were observed in the ctyoplasm and extracellular matrix. CONCLUSION: The abnormal expression of survivin gene inhibits apoptosis and it may participate in the progression of proliferative vitreoretinopathy. |
