摘    要:对96例EHF患者病程各期血液RAA系统进行了169例次观测,发现各期RAA系统均呈激发状态,且其上升程度与病情一致。探讨了RAA系统被激活的可能原因,对稳定患者体液平衡、血容量怛定及阻断休克和肾衰的发生和发展中,该项化验的监控意义。RAA系统的全面检测,可防止因影响血管紧张素原的生物合成,或影响血管紧张素转换酶生物活性,造成AⅡ结果的不可靠性。

Abstract:Serum renin-angiotsnsion-aldosterone ( RAA ) levels were determined in 98 cases of epidemic hemorrhagic fever ( EHF ) , and 26 non-EHF as controls. The result revealed the variable elevation of RAA system levels in different phases of EHF. The highest value was in hypotensive and oli-guric phases, and returned to normal in polyuric and corvalescent stage The elevation range was found to be correlated with the severity of the disease. The activation of RAA system might be one of the contributing factors of acute renal failure in EHF. because the activation of RAA system is related to decrease of blood volume before hypotensive phase and to "tubulo-glomerular feedback" mechanism after oliguric phase.
