纯化的结核菌素衍生蛋白免疫刺激后小鼠脑内的Fos表达

摘    要:目的 进一步阐明中枢神经系统参与免疫调节的部位。方法 用免疫组织化学方法观察纯化的续集菌素衍生蛋白(PPD)免疫刺激后不同的时间点小鼠脑内的Fos蛋白表达,结果 PPD初次免疫后3,9,14,18和21天时再追加免疫后7,14天的动物,孤束核,延髓腹外侧区,中央灰质,海马,新皮质等多数脑区在各个时间点均可见到较强的Fos表达,但不同时间点的Fos表达不完全相同,尤为明显的是,追加免疫后扣带回出现明显的Fos表达,且左侧较右侧强,结论 免疫应答过程中有多个脑区参与对免疫信息的感知和调控,皮质在对免疫反应的调节中有侧别差异。

Abstract:AIM To further identify the response of brain areas to the immune stimulus. METHODS Using immunohistochemistry method, we observed the Fos expression in the brain of purified protein derivative of tuberculin (PPD) immunized mice at different time points. RESULTS At 3, 9, 14, 18, 21 d following the primary immunization and 7, 14 d following the second immunization, strong Fos immunostaining was observed in many brain areas such as the ventrolater al medulla, central gray, hippocampus and neocortex. But the patterns at different time were not completely the same, especially in the cingulate cortex. Fos expression in the right side is stronger than that in the left side after second immunization with PPD. CONCLUSION It is suggested that many brain areas participate in the interaction of immune and central nervous system, and that brain asymmetry might be associated with the peripheral immune response.
