驻岛新兵心理健康状况及其影响因素分析

目的：研究上岛新兵的心理健康及其相关因素，为其心理卫生工作提供参考．方法：采用症状自评量表(SCL-90)对106名上岛新兵进行心理评估，并与中国新兵常模进行比较，分析其心理健康状况特点，采用艾森克个性问卷(EPQ)、简易应对方式问卷、领悟社会支持量表(PSSS)、自尊量表、自编的生活事件量表进行社会心理影响因素分析。结果：上岛新兵SCL-90各因子分均高于中国新兵常模，而且在强迫、人际敏感、焦虑、敌意、精神病性因子上有显著性差异，SCL-90总分及阳性项数也有极其显著差异，他们的心理健康与其人格的神经质与精神质维度、消极应对方式、生活事件均呈显著的正相关，与自尊呈显著的负相关关系．结论：上岛新兵心理健康状况普遍低于中国新兵常模，其影响因素依次为生活事件、神经质、消极应对和内外向。

Research on mental health status and its related factors of recruits stationed on islands

AIM: To study the mental health status and its related factors of the recruits who will station on islands. METHODS: One hundred and six new recruits were assessed with SCL-90, Eysenck Personality Questionnaire (EPQ), simplified Coping Style Questionnaire, Perceived Social Support Scale (PSSS), Self-esteem Scale and Self-designed life events Scale. Compared with the norm of Chinese new recruits, their mental health status was assessed and the social psychological factors were analyzed. RESULTS: All the factor scores of the SCL-90 in the new recruits who will station on islands were higher than the norm of Chinese new recruits, and there were significant differences in the factors of obsessive-compulsive, interpersonal sensitivity, anxiety, hostility and psychoticism. Their mental health was positively correlated with their personality of neuroticism and psychoticism, negative coping style and life events, and was negatively correlated with the degree of self-esteem. CONCLUSION: The mental health status of the new recruits who will station on islands are worse than that of the common new recruits. Life events, neuroticism, negative coping style, introvert and extravert are the main factors affecting their mental health.
