| 摘 要： | 目的 :探讨综合心理干预对潜艇艇员心理健康水平的影响 .方法 :选择某部 2 4 6名潜艇艇员为研究对象 ,随机分为实验组和对照组 ,对实验组艇员进行心理测量、心理教育、心理训练、心理咨询多种形式组合的综合心理干预措施 ,对照组仅进行心理测量 .心理测量采用心理健康症状自评量表(SCL 90 ) .结果 :干预后艇员心理健康水平普遍提高 ,多项指标均具有显著性差异 (P <0 0 1) .结论 :综合心理干预可以从多种指标上改善潜艇官兵的心理素质 ,对提高潜艇艇员的心理健康水平具有确实、可靠的效果 .

| Abstract: | AIM: To explore the effect of multiple psychological intervention on the psychosomatic health of submarine personnel. METHODS: 246 submarine personnel were selected as the subjects and divided into experiment group and control group. multiple psychological intervention, including psychological test, psychological education, mental training and psychological counseling, were performed in the experiment group, and only psychological test was performed in the control group. Symptom Checklist 90 (SCL-90) was used to assess the psychosomatic health. RESULTS: After intervention, the psychosomatic health of the submarine personnel was widely improved and the difference of several indicators was significant (P<0.01). CONCLUSION: Multiple psychological intervention can surely improve the mental quality and psychosomatic health of submarine personnel. |
