摘    要:目的:研究三种不同波长电磁波治疗变应性鼻炎的疗效及副作用,探寻毫米波在临床治疗中的新用途.方法:确诊为变应性鼻炎的159例患者随机分为3组并接受不同的物理因子治疗.第1组接受毫米波辐射两侧迎香穴,功率密度<10mW/cm2,各20min,1次/d;第2组接受超短波治疗,鼻两侧对置,微热量,10~15min,1次/d;第3组接受短波紫外线照射鼻黏膜,8MED~,1次/d.结果:毫米波组显效率达68.0%,短波紫外线组显效率59.3%,超短波组显效率29.1%,差异有极显著性意义(P<0.01).治疗期间毫米波组无不良反应,紫外线组有6例(11.1%)患者出现鼻腔干燥感,超短波治疗组中有5例(9.1%)在治疗过程中出现一过性头晕,治疗结束后症状很快消失.结论:毫米波疗法及短波紫外线治疗变应性鼻炎效果较好,且紫外线治疗简单、快捷;超短波治疗效果欠佳.三种电磁波治疗变应性鼻炎副作用小.

Abstract:AIM: To study the therapeutic effect of three different electromagnetic waves on allergic rhinitis and to explore new approaches of its clinical application. METHODS: One hundred and fifty-nine patients diagnosed as allergic rhinitis were randomly divided into three groups. For the patients in group 1, bilateral yingxiang, an acupuncture point, were irradiated with millimeter wave at a power density less than 10 mW/cm~2 for 20 min, once daily. For the patients in group 2, bilateral sides of the nose were irradiated with radiofrequency wave, mild heating, 10-15 min, once daily. For the patients in group 3, nasal mucosa was irradiated with short-wave ultraviolet wave, 8 MED~, once daily. RESULTS: The total effectiveness rate was 68.0% in millimeter wave group, 59.3% in short-wave ultraviolet group and 29.1% in radiofrequency wave group. The difference in the treatment effects between the groups was markedly significant (P<0.01). Six patients in the short wave ultraviolet rays group and 5 in the radiofrequency group complained respectively of nasal dryness and transient dizziness after treatment. CONCLUSION: Millimeter wave and short-wave ultraviolet rays are much more effective than radiofrequency wave in the treatment of allergic rhinitis and ultraviolet irradiation is simple to perform. The three electromagnetic waver have little side effects on the treatment of allergic rhinitis.
