摘    要:目的 :探讨不同年级军校医疗本科生的考试成绩与考试焦虑等心理因素间的关系 .方法 :以流行病学考试成绩作为教学效果考核指标 ,采用SCL 90和考试焦虑量表分别对第五年级的 10 5名学员和第四年级的 14 6名学员的心理状况进行调查 ,分析不同年级流行病学考试成绩与学员心理健康状态之间的关系 .结果 :四年级学员成绩显著高于五年级学员成绩 (t=4 .81,P <0 .0 1) .五年级学员的抑郁项和焦虑项得分显著高于四年级学员 (抑郁项t=2 .6 3,P <0 .0 1;焦虑项t=2 .70 ,P <0 .0 1) .五年级学员的考试焦虑量表平均分亦显著高于四年级学员 (t =2 .37,P <0 .0 5 ) .结论 :考试成绩在一定程度上受学员心理状态影响 ,适当缓解压力有助于提高教学质量

Relationship between test anxiety and test scores in military medical students
Abstract:AIM: To evaluate the correlation between teaching effect of epidemiology and psychological factors in different group of military medical college students. METHODS: The psychological status of 105 students at Five grade and 146 students at Four grade were investigated by SCL 90 scale and test anxiety scale . Test scores were taken as index of teaching effect and were compared with psychological factors by statistic analysis. RESULTS: The scores of Four grade students were higher significantly than that of Five grade students ( t=4.81, P <0.01). The scores of depression and anxiety factor in Five grade students were higher significantly than that in Four grade students (depression t= 2.63, P <0.01; anxiety t=2.70, P <0.01). The scores of test anxiety scale in Five grade students were higher significantly than that in Four grade students( t=2.37, P <0.05). CONCLUSION: The psychological status of student might exert influence on the teaching effect of epidemiology to some extent. Proper alleviation of the stress might be helpful for improving teaching quality.
