新生大鼠脑缺氧缺血后海马CA1区HSP70表达及GM1作用

摘    要:HI后新生大鼠海马CA1区仅能检出少量阳性HSP核蛋白(仅在核内表达的蛋白),海马CA1区神经元呈较严重的缺血损伤性改变。而GM1组可见应激蛋白HSP70明显表达,24h达高峰。结论:GM1可使新生大鼠海马CA1区HSP70表达上调,减轻脑缺氧缺血后病理损伤,对新生大鼠缺氧缺血性脑损伤具有保护作用。

Effect of GM1 on HSP70 expression and pathologic damage in hippocampal CA1 in neonatal rat model of hypoxic-ischemia
Abstract:AIM: To study the expression of HSP70 and pathologic damage in hippocampal CA 1 after hypoxic ischemic brain damage(HIBD)in neonatal rats and the effect of monosialotetrahexosylganglioside(GM 1)on it . METHODS: Animal models of neonatal hypoxic ischemic brain damage were set up.We investigated the expression of HSP70 with immunohistochemistry and pathologic changes with HE stain ing. RESULTS: The expression of HSP70 was hardly observed in hippocampal CA 1 after HI in neonatal rats. Neurons in hippocampal CA 1 showed severe ischemic damage. The expression of HSP70 and the pathologic changes had more remarkable improvement after GM 1 administration in GM 1 group than that in HI group. CONCLUSION: GM 1 could improve the expression of HSP70 protein and reduce HIBD pathologic injury; GM 1 has the effect of brain protection against hypoxic ischemia.
