肝癌组织survivin的表达及其与HBV感染的关系

目的:研究肝癌组织中的survivin的表达与HBV感染的关系. 方法:应用免疫组化法检测原发性肝癌组织45例,癌旁肝硬化组织25例,肝硬化组织18例,肝炎组织5例,正常肝组织10例中survivin的表达,同时检测原发性肝癌中HBsAg的表达. 结果:在45例肝癌组织中survivin阳性34例(75.5%),阳性率高于癌旁肝硬化组织(44.4%),肝硬化组织(0),肝炎组织(0)和正常肝组织(0,P＜0.001). 肝癌中survivin的表达在Edmondson分级Ⅲ～Ⅳ级高于Ⅰ～Ⅱ级(P=0.014),而在年龄、性别、肿瘤大小、临床分期、是否有门脉转移方面无统计学差异(P＞0.05),survivin与HBsAg的表达呈正相关(P=0.014). 结论:肝癌组织中survivin高表达说明其在肝癌发生发展中起重要作用,同时HBV感染对于survivin表达上调有一定作用.

Expression of survivin protein in hepatocellular carcinoma tissues and its relationship with HBV infection

AIM:To investigate the expression of survivin protein in human hepatocellular carcinoma(HCC)and its relationship with HBV infection.METHODS:The expression of survivin in 45 cancer tissues,25 adjacent cirrhosis tissues,18 hepatic cirrhosis tissues,5 hepatitis tissues and 10 normal liver tissues were assessed by immunohistochemical method and the expression of HBsAg in cancer tissues by the same method.RESULTS:Survivin protein was expressed in 34 of the 45 cases of HCC(75.5%)and in 11 of the 25 cases of adjacent cirrhosis tissues(44.4%).Expression of survivin protein was negative in 8 cases of hepatic cirrhosis,5 cases of hepatitis and 10 normal liver tissues.Survivin protein positive expression rate in HCC was significantly higher than that in hepatic cirrhosis,hepatitis tissues and normal tissues(P<0.001).Expression of survivin protein was significantly higher in those of Edmondson grade III-IV than in those of grade I-II(P=0.014),but was not different in different age,sex,tumor size,clinical stage and local metastasis(P>0.05).Expression of survivin protein was positively correlated with the expression of HBsAg(P=0.014).CONCLUSION:There is a marked increased survivin expression in HCC,which may play an important role in the formation of HCC.And HBV infection may has an effect on the up-regulation of the expression of survivin protein.
