| 摘 要： | 作者用日立S—520扫描电镜,对微孔钛种植体生物陶瓷烧结涂层复合骨形成蛋白移植于15只成年狗颌骨内2～16周标本进行骨界面观察和成骨量测定.就种植材料,种植体表面形态、结构,种植体与骨组织间隙大小,骨形成蛋白等及成骨时间和量作了分析.实验组2～4周成骨量是对照组的1～2.5倍,成骨时间早,量大,成熟快,骨性结合好.

| Abstract: | The BMP bioceramic porous titanium implants were placed in the mandibles of 15 adult dogs for 2 ~ 16 weeks. The bone-implant interface was observed and the content of new bone apposition was measured using SEM (Hitachi S-520). The results Showed that the amount of new bone formation in experimental group was 1~2.5 times more than that in control group after 2 ~4 weeks of implantation. |
