摘    要:目的:探讨射频消融术对兔肺肿瘤微血管密度、肿瘤组织血管生成及肿瘤组织血液供应的影响*方法:建免肺癌模型,分为治疗组和对照组,于射频治疗后3,7和10d处死,并取材,用免疫组织化学SP法观察肺癌组织中血管内皮生长因子(Vascular endothelial growth factor,VEGF)、CD34的表达、并测量肿瘤组织的微血管密度(minrcrovessel density,MVD).结果:兔肺癌射频治疗后3,7和10d组织中VEGF和CD34的表达及肿瘤组织MVD较术前明显降低,同时较对照组也明显降低,3个时间点问无明显差别.结论:射频消融可以有效的破坏肿瘤组织的微血管,有效的抑制血管形成并减少肿瘤组织的血液供应。

Abstract:AIM: To study the effects of radio frequency ablation (RFA) on neovascularization, blood supply and mircrovessel density (MVD) of lung tumor in rabbits. METHODS: A model of lung tumor was established in rabbits, which were divided into two groups (surgical group and the control). The expression of VEGF and CD34 in the lung tumor was observed by immunohistochemical SP method and MVD of lung tumor was measured 3, 7 and 10 d after RFA respectively. RESULTS: The ratio of positive cells of VEGF was 33.1%, 32.6% and 34.8% respectively 3, 7 and 10 d after RFA in the surgical group, which was decreased significantly compared with those in the control. MVD of lung tumor was 14.2, 13.0 and 14.1, respectively 3, 7 and 10 d after RFA, which was also decreased compared with that in the control group. CONCLUSION: RFA can effectively destroy the microvessel, repress the neovascularization and reduce the blood supply of the tumor.
