推拉动作对大鼠记忆功能和行为的影响

摘    要:目的 探讨推拉动作后再高G值暴露对大鼠记忆功能和行为的影响。方法 24只雄性SD大鼠随机分为对照组、+10Gz/3min组和推拉组3组,每组8只。记录+Gz暴露后不同时间大鼠记忆功能和行为的变化。结果 推拉组大鼠正确反应率在暴露后即刻与2d时较对照组显著降低(P<0.01),反应时在暴露后即刻、2d及4d时较对照组及+10Gz/3min组显著延长(P<0.01),错误数及错误时间在暴露后6h及6d时较对照组及+10Gz/3min组显著增加(P<0.01),潜伏期在暴露后6h,2d,4d及6d时较对照组及+10Gz/3min组显著缩短(P<0.01),理毛次数在暴露后6h时与对照组相比显著减少(P<0.05),中央格内停留时间在暴露后即刻与对照组及+10Gz/3min组相比显著延长(P<0.01),平衡能力在暴露后即刻及2d时较对照组和+10Gz/3min组显著降低(P<0.01)。结论 推拉动作后再进行+10Gz/3min暴露可导致大鼠严重的持续性记忆功能障碍和平衡失调。

Abstract:AIM To explore the effect of push pull maneuveron rat's memory and behavior. METHODS Twenty four male SD rats were randomly divided into three groups: the control group, the push pull and the +10 Gz/3 min groups. The changes in rat's memory and behavior were measured after +Gz exposure. RESULTS As compared with the control, rate of right reflex decreased significantly immediately and 2 days after push pull effect ( P <0.01); the number of make up decreased significantly 6 hours after the push pull effect ( P <0.05). As compared with the control and +10 Gz/3 min, time of reaction lengthened significantly at immediately, 2 days and 4 days after the push pull effect ( P < 0.01); the number of error and time of errors increased significantly 6 hours and 6 days after the push pull effect ( P < 0.01); latent time decreased significantly, 6 hours, 2 days, 4 days and 6 days after the push pull effect ( P <0.01); time stay in center grille lengthened significantly immediately after push pull effect ( P <0.01); balance function decreased significantly immediately and 2 days after the push pull effect ( P <0.01). CONCLUSION It is suggested that the exposure to +10 Gz for three minutes after 1 Gz exposure may induce a sustained disturbance in rat's memory and balance functions.
