牛煅烧骨与体外培养兔骨膜成骨细胞的相容性

目的 观察煅烧骨与培养的兔骨膜成骨细胞的组织相容性，为将复合物植入骨缺损提供实验依据。方法 采用取材丰富的牛松质骨经脱脂、脱蛋白、煅烧等工艺处理制成的煅烧骨（true bone ceramic,TBC)为载体，将体外培养的兔骨膜成骨细胞复合到TBC，4，10和20d取材，行扫描电镜观察。设对照组。结果 4d后，煅烧骨面及孔内即有了细胞贴附生长，20d全部长满，有胶原纤维形成，对照组则没有。结论 煅烧骨与成骨细胞有良好的组织相容性。

The histocompatibility of true bone ceramic and cultured rabbit poriartoum osteoblast in vitro

AIM To observe histocompatibility of true bone ceramic(TBC)with osteoblast in order to provide experiment evidences for compound substance inplanted into defective bone. METHODS The cattle cancellus bone were degreased and deproteined, then calcined, and the cultured rabbit osteoblasts were compounded to TBC in vitro .4,10 and 20 days later, observed them by scanning electronic microscope. RESULTS On fourth day,the cells grew in and on the TBC and 20th day, the cells grew all over the TBC and collagenic fibers were formed on the vector. CONCLUSION TBC have good histocompatibility with the osteoblasts.
